HR Task type : Collect Employee Input

Hi All,

I am using HR Task type as Collect Employee Input and created employee form and survey designer for the task,

I would like to map the comments provided by the assigned to person to additional comments or work notes fields on lifecycle event case but I am not able to map the comments , can somebody help me on this.

I think you want to map to either Additional comments:

Or to Worknotes:

Or are you trying to do something different like having multiple answers land in the same field?

yes I would like to map comments provided by the manager to the additional comments or to the work notes field

Hi @Willem, We have run into this scenario where multiple input requests could be sent to one person. Would you happen to know of a workaround that can help connect the input collected by the form to the exact record?

Hi Roshani,

Your condition should return only one result (one record) so that the mapping update that specific record.
