&lt;P&gt;3. In the ‘All available Knowledge skills’ section, select &lt;STRONG&gt;‘Activate Skill’&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;5. In the ‘View Input’ section, this is where you can see the tables and fields that are used for this skill. This is only in read only mode. Select the button &lt;STRONG&gt;‘Save and continue’&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;6. In the ‘Define Availability’ section, you can choose whether to have the skill available anytime or during certain conditions. In this case, we are triggering the skill whenever a case state is in "Closed Complete". After this, select the button &lt;STRONG&gt;‘Save and continue’&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: An admin can pick which conditions will allow create knowledge to show up. The default is "Closed Complete" case state.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;8. In the ‘Select display’ section, select the toggle for ‘&lt;STRONG&gt;In-product’ and 'Now Assist Panel'&lt;/STRONG&gt;. You can choose to only have it displayed in one place.&amp;nbsp;Select the button &lt;STRONG&gt;‘Save and continue’&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
