At the same time, the “Reason for Visit” also tries to populate the short description, so the free text ends up overwriting it.</P><P>To fix this, don’t use the short description for both. Keep the “Reason for Visit” in the short description and store the free text in another field like description or a custom field (for example, u_additional_details).
