    <description>&lt;P&gt;When incident created through portal or any record producers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all notifications are working as expected, but not resolved. callers/affected users are not receiving resolved notification,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;working Dev instance but not in Test and Prod.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;quick help would really help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
