Facing issue while updating record from update function through soap message

Hi Team,

I am facing issue while updating the record from update function through soap message. I am getting this kind of error

com.glide.processors.soap.SOAPProcessingException: Web service update called without a sys_id, ignored - Failed to Update.

when i gave sysid of staging table record get updated in only staging table not target table record. and also getting 200 status code.but when i gave sys id of target record table its won't get updated and throwing error message and status 500 like this .

How to fix it. if anyone know please let us know.
