Disable onLoad message in Incident record

After upgrading to the Xanadu version from Vancouver, I keep encountering the following message when loading an Incident record:

"Have you tried the Express List on Service Operations Workspace? It allows an easy and live visualization of the alerts. Watch the demo and learn more."

I've searched through various tables but haven't found a way to remove it. Is there a solution to get rid of this message?

Not sure, did you check is sys message table/ Tours for thsi.

I did find the UI Message in sys_ui_message with key value:

"have you tried the <b>{0}</b> on service operations workspace? it allows an easy and live visualization of the alerts. watch the {1}."

but I can't find the tool that call him up

Might be some core code/ client script mate. Better log a Now Support case to get solution.

Set property "show_sow_enhanced_experience_message" to false

There is a system property that you can update to resolve sys_properties

Enter in sys_properties.list in the All menu
Search for show_sow_enhanced_experience_message and open the record
Type false in the value field

Hi,

That message is being shown on the forms through this script includes - SOWEnhancedExperienceUsersDriver. If you comment out that message in the script, you shouldn't see it in your system. Mark this answer as correct, if the solution worked out for you.
