    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are implementing &lt;STRONG&gt;Major Incident Management (MIM)&lt;/STRONG&gt; in ServiceNow and want to integrate it with &lt;STRONG&gt;Microsoft Teams&lt;/STRONG&gt; for real-time notifications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Requirements:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How to implement MIM?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When a Major Incident is created or updated in ServiceNow, a &lt;STRONG&gt;notification should post to a Teams channel&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;All updates (status changes, work notes, comments) should &lt;STRONG&gt;flow through Teams automatically&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Questions:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is &lt;STRONG&gt;IntegrationHub mandatory&lt;/STRONG&gt; for this setup?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;We currently have &lt;STRONG&gt;Microsoft Teams Communications Spoke&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke&lt;/STRONG&gt; – are these sufficient for the integration?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Which approach is recommended?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Any &lt;STRONG&gt;sample configurations, scripts, or architecture diagrams&lt;/STRONG&gt; for posting incident updates to Teams?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Best practices to &lt;STRONG&gt;avoid duplicate notifications&lt;/STRONG&gt; and ensure clear message formatting?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone implemented this successfully?
