&lt;P&gt;The list menu comes OOTB in SOW.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Seems you don't have proper role to view that&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you try with admin role?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If visible with admin and not visible with non-admin then it's access/role issue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try giving those users &lt;STRONG&gt;canvas_user&lt;/STRONG&gt; role&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;check these links&lt;/P&gt;
