    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping someone can help with some clarification here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On software entitlements, I understand that the total cost of the entitlement is calculated based on license count, cost and subscription period. Depending on the subscription period selected, this will effect the total cost.&lt;BR /&gt;My question though. Does the total cost on an entitlement using either annually, quarterly or monthly subscription periods change as the entitlements grows older?&lt;BR /&gt;I tested this with a new entitlement with a start date starting today and ending a year from now, the total cost, to my understanding, was calculated correctly on all subscription period choices. I then changed the start date to 6 months ago and the end to 6 months from now. The total cost prices were completely different using annually, quarterly or monthly. Is this how entitlements costs are intended to work? I would expect to see the overall cost of a license no matter how long through a term a license is.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help or advise on this would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
