We want to disable email notifications sent to a specific user group email that they no longer receive generic notifications on incidents, requests and changes.

Hi @IDReitsema ,

We can update the existing notification by adding the following conditions:

Assignment group changes
Assignment group is not empty
Assignment group is not “A” (this condition is important and should not be missed)

This will prevent notifications from being sent to that group unless it is explicitly assigned.
