How to Integrate ServiceNow with BMC Truesight?

Hi All,

I need to integrate ServieNow with BMC Truesight for event management, I know it can be done using REST API's and scripts, could you please help me with the flow how service now receives the events, how mapping of the event fields is done.

Appreciate if you can provide REST code or script which I can reuse to integrate Servicenow with Truesight.

I do not want any other tools to be used for this integration.

Hi Jai,

Thank you for above link, but I am looking step by step instructions like what we need from Truesight and how we will parse the information and how events will be received by ServiceNow.

A more detailed example with screenshots and REST API integration.
