      <title>Event management not visible in dev servicenow instance</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ServiceNow Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are performing a POC prior to a production deployment involving Discovery,Service Mapping &amp;amp; Event management. I have tried enabling the event management plugin in my dev servicenow instance, but cannot see the event management module. Plugin name :- &amp;nbsp; Event Management Overview (Searched with event and activated everything relevant)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have enabled discovery and service mapping plugins and can see as well as use them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone clarify ,if the plugins are limited in dev/trial instances ? I would need Event management as well.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Bala,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some plugins can only be enabled by ServiceNow. &amp;nbsp; I would put in a HI ticket to request the event management plugin to be installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Adam,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Dev instance as part of developers.servicenow.com is not supported by ServiceNow support.All the issues related to the instance should be posted on the Instance Help community.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Event management plugin, in this case, can be activated by the self-service option on developers portal. Please let me know if you have any questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
