Relation and/or reference table cmdb_running_process is not a known CI Type

Hi,

I am trying to create Rel/Ref between a Linux Server & Running Processes using Discovery Patter. But I am getting below error:

"Test failed: Relation and/or reference table cmdb_running_process is not a known CI Type. Check the discovery logs for more details."

I have attached the screenshot of Step I created. Please let me know how to fix it.

Hi, this can be due to reparenting/custom identifiers. I would recommend opening a HI ticket. Thanks.

I have also experienced same error after creating the custom CI identifier.

I would appreciate if you could help us on this.

Ran across this error today too:"Relation and/or reference table" <table name> "is not a known CI Type" . The fix was to 'rekey' the mid server (select MID server, then select Rekey from drop down choice list). After "Re-Keying the MID" the Discovery job & Pattern worked as expected. An odd error, don't know what caused it to begin failing.... but the "rekey" option worked!
