    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have upgraded the post production environment from Quebec to San Diego.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone experience the following error message when booking an walk-up appointment?&amp;nbsp; For further information, the error only appears when setting the appointment type to either in-person or remote.&amp;nbsp; If we set to both then the appointment is working.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have the location specified in the "Walk-up Experience -&amp;gt; Administration -&amp;gt; Walk-up locations" list?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it also listed and active in Administration -&amp;gt; Appointment Configurations?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes i can confirm we have the location specified and is active.&amp;nbsp; We know this works as if we choose the appointment type to both which the appointment booking is working.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This error is implemented in OOB business rule "Create appointment".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lookup your walk up config in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;wu_location_queue&lt;/STRONG&gt; table. Code in above business rule matches appointment type config in&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;wu_location_queue matches with &lt;/STRONG&gt;constant value defined in&amp;nbsp; sn_walkup.WalkUpConstants script include.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jerry, detailed step by setp guide how to nevigate to record producer and what changes you made to fix the issue? I'm having the same issue. I opened a HI ticket with the serviceNow and they indicated the value for asset type is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
