field decorator on agent workspace

I create field decorator as show in the below snap shot. but the decorator does not appear on the field in agent workspace. However, this works on description field.

Can you check, if that field has been added in "workspace" view ? if not please add it on workspace view.

below is snap shot of the field decorator config.

what i am trying to achieve is to create a field decorator with tooltip on the description field in the incident form for workspace view.

this config works if i change it for the short description field. However, I want in on description field.

Hi,

even I tried and it didn't work for description field

I tried for change_request table and description field and it didn't work.

Seems possibly because description field is of type suggestion

Please raise HI ticket with ServiceNow

This seems like a limitation for any field which has max length is greater than 100 then it's not working.

Lets wait for other folks who will have any further information on it or connect with HI team.
