Hi,

You can create section from configure -> form layout and it will act as headings between fields.

From here you can create your headings.

Hi,

1. you can use Annotation on form layout to Any header or any annotation details.

3. If you want to display as tabs so need to create separate sections on form designer.

you can drop and drop the fields on different sections as below.

4. for record producer you can use label variable type and create new variable with that.
