You can remove again try to retrieve the Update set by retrieve update set module and the you can review and commit the update set.

Might be fix the issue.

Hi,

Can you check "Commit Log" to find out errors during commit. Look for errors that indicate which records failed to commit and why. Create a new update set to address those failures, if necessary.

This is the error i found in commit log.But the state is set to commited instead of this error also

Reading this error, it is throwing a Unique Key voilation. Couldnt help much on what the error is , but this icon "sn-va-sp-widget-icon.svg' is a icon used for Virtual Agent in Service portal. Got one KB on it . Hope it helps
