How to capture notification in work notes

How to capture notification in work notes.

I have requirement When notification send it should capture to work notes.

Could you please help me to achieve this

Hello,

On the activity section to the right you will have a filter, you need to click on the filter and see if the option is there and checked

Then see if the sent/received emails is ticked

If it not ticked tick it, if you don't see that option just configure available fields and bring that option

If you are trying in an instance where outgoing email is blocked by property (PDI and non prod instances). Allow them to go out to a specific mail id. And check it will reflect. Also check in Emails module whether any emails triggered or not

yeah then why you need to capture them isn't it already getting captured in the activities if you have the send/received checkbox as true?

have you checked sys_email table whether emails are getting triggered ? if not something wrong with the way notification is being configured

Hi,

Please check if the Type of that notification is sent or not in sys_email table?

if not then set it to sent and then refresh and check.

Can you share the screenshot of your notification with filter condition, your incident form with activities and the email log which says email was sent.
