    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Folks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me understand why there are different survey notifications? I've always understood that "Survey User Invite" to apply to all surveys in the system, but now I am seeing specific ones for incidents are available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="JonCollins2_1-1681481924214.png" style="width: 826px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/254610iC03CA4F8341618C3/image-dimensions/826x157?v=v2" width="826" height="157" role="button" title="JonCollins2_1-1681481924214.png" alt="JonCollins2_1-1681481924214.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How would I go about changing "Survey User Invite" to no longer send for incidents, so I can configure one of these specific ones for incidents?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So, in OOB conditions they will exclude their application name create new one with giving their application name only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ex: we give notification survey task type is not Demand (in OOB) addition to existing conditions that trigger this survey notification for all tables but not for Demand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create new notification survey task type is Demand(custom) so this notification will go out for only demand related surveys.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Coming to your screen shot I see most of them inactive. So, you guys customized it. If both are active open and check conditions and Body .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
