      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Nikhitha,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don't need to write a scheduled job. There is (&lt;STRONG&gt;Autoclose Incidents)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;scheduled job available out of the box.
