    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've come across an issue where someone has done some work with an API (I think) to try and convert a incidents to a request, this has since been turned off and will be revisited later but for now this has then had a knock on effect of now having requests in the system with&amp;nbsp;no associated requested items or catalog tasks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried working with this link&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-platform-user-interface/page/use/using-lists-v3/task/create-related-list-query.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Add related list conditions (servicenow.com)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but to no avail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there an easy way to report on all active requests with no requested item or catalog task associated with it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
