Change Owner of a Personal Backlog /Agile Backlog

Have a PMO user who has inherited a personal backlog /Agile backlog from a now ex-employee. He is a member of the agile group assigned to it but the VTB is still showing ex employee as owner.

I know I have done this before, but can't find the steps to replicate this.

This is exactly what he reported: Can the Backlog (currently named 'Strategic Plan - FY22') be transferred to me as an owner and/or can it be renamed to "Strategic Plan?" Note: I can do the renaming if I am made the owner.

you can go to table "vtb_board". You'lll find there a column "Owner"

Is that the same as "Personal Backlog"? I don't see an Owner field on this one and I personally don't work with this option:

I just added that field to the form above to see and change the owner.
