Struggling with approval flow

Struggling to get my approval flow working the way .... Can't figure out what i'm doing wrong. All help appreciated.

The catalog item should go through different approvals depending on a 2 things.

1. ordered through order guide

2. ordered from service portal.

1. If the cat item was ordered through order guide, then get business approval. However, there are two different businesses to approve based on variable A. If variable A = 1 send to approver 1. If variable A =2 send to approver 2. Then create tasks.

2. If the cat item was not ordered through order guide, then get requesters manager approval. If approved, then "go back" and run approval flow 1 above.

Problem: Flow designer wont let me go back to run approval flow 1. Only allows me to check if this was ordered through order guide. I've attached image to try and help illustrate. The Red circle is the Go back that isn't working.

@automator Based on your inputs on the use case, I would like to clarify a point here.

On Point 2, its mentioned that catalog item wasn't ordered through order guide, it moves to "Else" condition (step 25 and post approval moves back to step 2).

The logic has already entered the "Else" condition, assuming its not created using order guide but you are pushing it back to Step 2 - If to be considered as an order guide item.

Have you added any validation in the flow to determine this? Please provide some screenshots of the conditions added in the flow.
