Hi All,

Is it best practice to delete an unnecessary update set from retrieve update set in UAT and QA ?

No, Deleting an update set is a bad practice. To revert a customization, back out the update set rather than deleting it. Administrators can delete an update set only when it is not the current update set and it is empty (no sys_update_xml entries are associated with it).

It is empty and not a current update set but it present in QA and UAT instance. Can I delete ?

Then go ahead if empty else don't delete.
