Normal change retrigger the assignment approval in Lower instances

In Lower environments(dev, QA) When an existing Normal change of the CTASK is closed completed, the change request retrigger the Assignment group manager approval.

This issue is happening only for the existing changes which are of Type = normal in Lower environments. Please refer attachments.

When we try to create a new normal change and close the task at the moment, as per the flow the change is closed completed.

Could you please let us know what may be cause of this issue.

Please check the normal flow / workflow also is any job or event running on change form.

Hi,

I have checked the flow also and there is no scheduled jobs/ events that retriggers the flow. This issue is occurring for the existing Normal changes in the Lower environments.

Better bring the latest flow from Prod to Lower, the investment may take a long time, and we may not be able to find anything.
