Hi @mo-adj ,

is this pr. RITM or an average number they would like. If it is pr.RITM, then a script can do the calculation. If it is an average, then performance analytics would be the best option.

I'm using the platform analytics experience to create a dashboard for my organization, and they want an performance indicator of how long it takes for a requested item to be created?

specifically, response time between clicking submit and RITM number to be generated.

please advise, thanks!

it should be an average time in milliseconds, can it be done through Platform Analytics Experience? how about other indicators (e.x. average time in milliseconds to login into the instance)?
