Test12</P><P>3. Test</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>In Yokohama when I try to do a global search in ServiceNow by searching only 'Test' then it shows the CI with 'Test'. But now my requirement is that when I search for 'Test' via global search it should show me all the CIs in my instance starting with 'Test'.
