Is there a way to create ONE report with both Requests and Incidents in the same report? Our teams work on requests/incidents and projects. Managing them on multiple reports is very difficult. The closest thing we have is a dashboard that has both reports on it. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Absolutely — it's 100% possible. You can create a report on the Task table.

Thank you so much. Now is there a way to pull in Projects as well?

Hi @sherribuck

If the Project table is extended from the Task table, then yes, you can pull the data.

I don’t have the Project plugin activated in my PDI, so I can’t see it myself — but you can try it like this and check.
