Migrating from Company A to Company B instance

Hi All,

I have a requirement to migrate all configuration , code and data from company A instance to Company B instance. Is there anyone have done this ? Please suggest if any ServiceNow best practice available.

If that's a custom app then Publish that to XML and then Export, Import to other instance.

If it's normal global scope update sets and config then use Update set to migrate

where are you stuck?
