Retry Mechanism and Error Handling for Rest outbound Integration

We configured business rule+ script include for outbound rest integration.

Requirement is to add retry mechanism (3 times) & error handling (create incident) for failure.

Can we call this script include in flow designer to use oob retry mechanism & error handling ?

Or can we directly incorporate additional code in script include itself ?

Hi @Balakrishna_ABK ,

1) Replace BR with flow designer and use retry logic (if it works for you) - or you can create a subflow to customize retry logic (frequency, notification etc..)

2) Use OOB error handling logic to create a incident (may be use a subflow to create a incident here so that you can use this subflow across other integrations, flows when required)

better start using Flow as it has retry mechanism built in
