Hello,

This is called an interceptor. You can find the interceptors of Change Request (your screenshot) under System Definition > Interceptors.

Please mark my answer as correct/helpful if it has helped you.

Thanks,
Logan

If you wish to turn the models off, edit the sys_property com.snc.change_management.change_model.type_compatibility value to True and you'll be taken to a screen like this by default.

This is actually the new Change Landing page that shipped with Change Models / Multimodal Change. It will be replacing the legacy change interceptor. For upgrade customers, we preserved the ability to use a combination of the new landing page and the legacy interceptor. It is all property driven. Here is a blog on this new capability along with details on the property settings.
