      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know what the permanent solution is, but within a task, people with the&amp;nbsp;certification_admin role should have a link "Clean up invalid elements" at the bottom, under Related Links.&amp;nbsp; This should fix whatever's wrong in the backend for the task.&amp;nbsp; After a few minutes, it should move to Change Complete.&amp;nbsp; (I usually get impatient and "refresh from server" [CTRL + F5 in most browsers] until I see it has updated).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
