Notifications Count is incorrect on NowMobile

Hi,

I am currently testing the NowMobile app.

The number count indicated as the number of notifications is not correct. Always showing > 90 but when I go into Notifications, there is only < 5.

I have looked everywhere how to amend this. Please help. Thanks

Similar issue here. I had 2 messages today. Read and deleted both but the count stays at 2. ServiceNow please advise.

We recently encountered this issue,

The issue was observed only on IOS devices, so below is the workaround we tried and it worked. For few just reinstalling the app worked.

1. Go to sys_push_notif_app_install and delete all the entry for the impacted user

2. Fresh install the app and login

OK, I didn't specify my situation correctly. Where I'm seeing the message count incorreclty is in the Now Support app, not the Mobile app. Is there a way to fix the Now Support app? Thanks.

Did you manage to get this resolved. Seem to have a similar issue. Have even been through app cache reset and makes no difference.

Mark them as 'Read' in sys_push_request table. Kill the app and reload after few minutes the count should disappear.

Extremely helpful and should be the answer to the post. I had the issue where the spinner was just stuck spinning. Turned out that user had thousands of unread push notifications. I deleted them all and the problem gone!
