Hi All, I am trying to configure now mobile in the demo instance. And I understand it requires the plugin "ServiceNow NowMobile App Screens and Applet Launcher / com.glide.mobile-employee" to be activated . But In the versions of Rome and SanDiego under the plugins list, I don't fine the com.glide.mobile-employee plugin to install ? Could anyone please explain how to install this or if it has been managed by other plugins ? Thanks.

Hi Aravind, The store application "ServiceNow NowMobile App Screens and Applet Launcher / com.glide.mobile-employee" is no longer available for activation in Rome and newer release versions.

You will see that alternative applications are offered when you log in to the store and search for com.glide.mobile-employee. This is expected with Rome/ SD instances and the below in Rome should help you achieve similar functionalities to com.glide.mobile-employee, please refer to the documentation on the store page: SN Store - Now Mobile App

I just cant login to the store, I have a servicenow ID which I have created but while signing in to the store it is saying the email id has to be same although it is same.

Please help me. I cant login in servicenow store using the servicenow ID.

Hi, thanks for letting us know.

ServiceNow documentation should be updated accordingly. Because there is still the reference to that plugin. Here an example:

Also, in the platform, other plugins have still the reference to com.glide.mobile-employee to be installed.
