I've been having issues like this and it's almost always a UI Builder caching problem.

Give cache.do a try
Try logging in fresh using a new private browser window to avoid local caching issues
Type /cls if using the SNUtils browser extension to clear localstorage

Following these rituals improves my UI Builder/custom component development experience somewhat.

We had a similar issue.

The `cache.do` and `/cls` did not work, but what did work in the end is to clear the local storage manually in the browser.

See screenshot for Google Chrome Example:

Right-click on each and clear the database / storage.
