Cloning Request

Hello Everyone,

I've requested a clone in my Dev to Test. At 13 June 2:45AM GMT(19:45 PDT).

I've set the correct time according to the current Time zone. But my clone request didn't Run

glide.db.clone.allow_clone_target is True.

Any Suggestions.

Hi there,

Have you also checked ServiceNow Support site? When you schedule a clone in your instance, a change should automatically be created on ServiceNow Support. The change is what actually drives the process.

Thanks for the insight. I'll raise a request in ServiceNow Support.
I've done Cloning in Rome Version 2 years back then I've requested anything in Support. I've cloned it Directly using ServiceNow "Request Clone".
Could you please say does the Process Changed in New Version Releases?

According to India Time +GMT
it should run at Early Morning/Midnight June 13th 2:24AM
so According to PDT 19:45 PDT June 12
Did i scheduled it right?

And the Target Instance URL is
https://(companyid).service-now.com/

Does '/' makes any issue
bcz i didn't effected any Integration, Remote Instance Set-up, IDR before
So i need some more Info on this Issue.
Let me correct if anything is wrong in the process.
