Hello folks,
Hope you all are doing good. I do have a similar kind of use case where we need to hide a custom string field from the sys_user table from all the users, except for a specific group members.
I have tried implementing same kind of ACLs for that field with "admin overrides" unchecked but still when I impersonate with any admin users, not part of that specific group, I could see the fields.

Please help me how could I achieve this, or in case if I am missing anything.
I have attached the below screenshots for your reference.

Regards,
Narayan Saha

I thought the "Hashed User ID" column was available OOTB from Utah onwards but I do not see it in my sys_user table in our production instance. My PDI has it though. Do we have to enable something to see it?

Thank you Ravi for your helpful note. Do you know how do we get this column in our Utah instance that was upgraded from Sandiego but does not show the column on our user table?

it looks like hashed_user_id on sys_user in my OOTB Vancouver is now restricted by 3 ACLs e.g. sys_user.hashed_user_id and the role required is 'maint'

Hello,

Yes, I did. Actually I have to update the script with the "isMemberOf()" function. Post that it is working fine.

Appreciate your suggestion and response. Thank you.

Regards

Narayan Saha

Apply watcher to that field and check like any other ACL is applied to make it visible.

Check the roles and scripts as well.
