Task field on idea should be mandatory

I have a field called organization of type choice. For xyz organization i want to make task field mandatory when idea state are in planning, backlog and in development.

Why tag someone in your question? That's only spamming that person (and trust me, those are ignored) and it also seems like you don't want anyone else's answer.

Just create a ui policy. Condition is 'organization = xyz' and the action is to set the field mandatory.

There is already OOB data policy written for this, you can amend the condition.

Add your condition like Organization is xyz.

Its not like that i am not expecting other to answer to my query. Because on my previous post (Solved: Re: How to handle 5 organization in one form - Page 2 - ServiceNow Community) runjay has given the solution which i had implemented.
