Hi Harishanker - You need to add a system property "glide.hub.flow.inbound_email_trigger.show_advanced" to enable that option. Details here.

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-servicenow-platform/page/administer/notification/task/deactivate-stop-processing.html

Hello Pradeep,

Thanks for your answer however I'm looking for something else

We can use event.state="stop_processing" in the Inbound action script to stop the execution of any other inbound action on the same email. It's an alternative to stop processing checkbox, and we can use it in scripts on complex conditions.

I'm looking something like that in the inbound email flows we have stop processing checkbox there but I'm not sure how we can use this feature in scripts of flow.

I see. The way I read the answer, you have to add this property to show advanced. When that is added, the flow designer will have the option to add the script/checkbox to stop processing. You won't see anything until the property is added.

That's kind of confusing because it's under the page saying allow multiple triggers even if you may have only one trigger at the moment.

Also this property is from New York on, but I didn't see it in my OOB Rome Instance. Perhaps it needs to be added as well, but set to true.
