How can I change logo for CSM Configurable Workspace

Hi, I could not able to find a way to change the logo for CSM Configurable Workspace. I am using the Base Agent workspace theme. Please see the below picture for the logo that I want to change. The logo works on the Basic Agent workspace but not in CSM Configurable Workspace.

I tried to create an Asset property under the Base agent workspace theme but its not working. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

You can replace the ServiceNow logo with your company's logo and use your company's colors to brand the look of your workspace

Hi Amanda. Thanks for your reply. I can upload the logo image in Agent workspace configuration but, there is no option to upload the image in CSM Configurable Workspace configuration. In the Theme how can I upload a logo?

Hello Simran,

The link to the docs for themes has this note, but you need first upload the image:

Note: To change the banner image, you must first upload a new image at System UI > Images and copy the Image [db_image] record's Name field. Then in UI Builder, select the Hero Banner's Row container. In CSS styles, set the value of the background-image property to be the URL for the image's Name field. For example, if your image's name is my_image.png, set the value of background-image to url(my_image.png).

Hi Amanda,

These instructions say to select the "Hero Banner's" Row container. I cannot find this in the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace within the UI Builder. Could you explain where it is? Thanks

I solved this myself. Here is a link to the KB that explains how to do it. Critically the asset properties is {"position": "header_logo"}

In the OOTB theme logo it is {"position": "header"}
