Report to pull a list of SCTASK under my name where all other SCTASKS under same RITM are resolved

Here's how REQs work at my company
REQ, RITMs and1 SCTask is created automatically. SCTASK is assigned to my team which I assign to myself. Then, to fulfill the request if I need for example, Server team's help, I make a new task under same RITM and assign it to them. Usually I need to make 5 or 6 tasks for 1 RITM. Is there an easy way to know when all other team's tasks are closed and only my task is remaining open so I don't have to go and check frequently if there is any update? I tried to make a report on Catalog_TASK level but could not match parent's number.

If you are creating those tasks manually, then create them as child task. You can easily view the list of open child task from the task view

Hi @SmitP

You can set up a list of Catalog Tasks with specific conditions to achieve this. Here’s an example:

1. Catalog Item is <the_catalog_item_you_are_currently_handling>

2. Active is True

3. Assigned to is (dynamic) Me.
