this Community's main purpose is to help to those who has some issue, you just ask a question (the same way you just did) and other people will try to help you by answering it. Another goal is to share something that you learnt or found out and you think it could be helpful to another fellows.

If you ask about my experience, yes—these rewards are mainly about self-satisfaction: the feeling of helping others and learning from their experiences and mistakes, and then applying those lessons.
