&lt;DIV&gt;* Configure and implement architectural solutions in the&amp;nbsp;ServiceNow&amp;nbsp;ITSM module to meet business needs&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;* Develop, document, and provide feedback on processes, workflows and standard operating procedures for service center&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;* Develop and present presentations to customers, prospective clients, and company senior leadership&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;* Identify opportunities for and implement service improvements across all functional areas (e.g., training, knowledge management, documentation, service center processes)&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Preferred Experience:&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;* At least 3-5 years of installation experience as a&amp;nbsp;ServiceNow&amp;nbsp;developer, including&amp;nbsp;ServiceNow&amp;nbsp;IT service management (ITSM) experience&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;*&amp;nbsp;ServiceNow&amp;nbsp;system administrator certification&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;* Experience with enterprise and multi-facility&amp;nbsp;ServiceNow&amp;nbsp;installs&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;* Strong interpersonal and communication skills&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;* Superior analytical skills with an ability to solve problems&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;* Advanced knowledge of service center and help desk operations&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;* Broad understanding of IT concepts, development practices, and architecture&lt;/DIV&gt;
