Virtual agent feedback - choice displayed on a list, not button

Hi,

I have a question regarding the Virtual agent feedback survey:

Is there a way to display the choices with a list, not buttons? I try the scale, the display remains the same.

you can utilize the Static Choice user input control. This control allows you to present predefined choices in a list format, providing a more compact and organized presentation, especially when dealing with numerous options. To implement this, create a new topic or modify an existing one, and add a Static Choice input. In the input configuration, define your choice options and set the layout to List to achieve the desired result...

Hi Kaushal,

Thank you for your answer. I don't know if this will work because this is a survey. It is linked to the survey and it allowes to collect the information in the survey answer.
