Value of attending knowledge 2025

Hi colleagues,

Is there value in attending Knowledge 2025? Do many people from the Higher Ed sector attend? Are there sessions dedicated to higher education or government sectors?

Hi Debs,

Yes, there is definitely value in attending Knowledge Event and people from different walks of life do attend.

There are indeed dedicated sessions for Higher Education and Government sectors.

Hi Debs,

I attended Knowledge last year, it was a two day event for us as we had one day entirely for the Higher Ed sector. Definitely worth it to see what other Universities were doing and compare journeys, pain points etc. Also the networking is great.

While there are sessions and networking events specific to Higher Education/Government, I would not discount the opportunities to network and attend sessions from other customers to see what they are doing. Regardless of the sector, many of us share the same pain points and can still derive value from how we are all implementing processes in SN. Hope you can make it out next year!

I agree with the statements above. I found the I2 breakout session to be valuable to our organization for the networking, common problem solving, and simply information share specific to higher education. I encourage you to attend and sign-up for anything focused on higher ed and I2. Hope to see you there!

Agree with everyone else. One new piece: talk to your Account Executive as they may be able to help you plan out the agenda and even connect you with special sessions. Plus they may be going already!
