Success Packs are an excellent way for an organization to get prescriptive guidance on how to implement a ServiceNow solution. However, I find they are more valuable when used as a guide and allow the customer to customize based on needs of an organization.

You could install in a lower instance and pull the pieces you want to use in PROD.

I am confused as to what you mean by "installed the SUCCESS PACKS."

Do you mean content packs or seeder stories?

If you can give me an example or a link to what you are referring to, maybe I can help out.
