      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try adding Request for [Request] from the column list? I believe that should be available to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not you can always create a DB view and add the desired column directly into column.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The requested for field is actually on the Reqest table so you would have to dot walk to it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes and no....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;the issue here is you want multiple fields... &amp;lt;caller from incident and requested_for from request)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;so first scroll down to incident.. then from it add the caller field&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;now scroll down to catalog task... then dot walk up to requested item.. then to request.. from there add requested for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;not sure what else you need a lot depends on the report you are running... but assuming you are starting from the task table &amp;lt;the only way to get change, request, and incident in one report&amp;gt; you will need to add the fields from the individual tables...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;please provide a little more detail on where you are starting your list view/report and i can provide more details on how to get what you need.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dohhh sorry i was answering how to add them to the filter not the report.. in a list view.. just right click and personalize the list layout&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;now scroll down until you see "Requested For [Request]" in red and add that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;then scroll up to caller[Incident] in red and add that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ok so this is a list view &amp;nbsp; not a report slightly different...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;right click and personalize the list layout&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;now at the very bottom you should have fields in red.. these are fields from a different table&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the list you should see Caller (incident) in red &amp;nbsp; add this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;you should also see reqeusted for (Request) in red add this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ya know i am having all kinds of troubles getting that to work from the task table also...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;would you be willing to do it off the catalog task table instead.. if this is JUST for catalog tasks that will work better and MUCH easier...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;just create the filters &amp;nbsp; you have on the task table... then&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;click item and hit the + sign in the middle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;click on request and hit the + sign&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;scroll down to requested for and move it over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Task table does not contain requested for field by default.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Porknan, what reporting you want to do on task table?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;all the extended tables like incident, change , request etc has this field "requested for" added with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
