OOB Demand Roles

Hello All

Looking at the SN Tokyo Demand workshop deck and only the DM & demand user are listed under roles..

Demand Manager [it_demand_manager]
Demand User [it_demand_user]

what about the Demand_approver role?
also do organizations create a Demand Approval group that is tagged with the Demand_approver role for the execs that are approving & converting to projects

Hi Mary,

I have also never used the Demand Approver role as mostly the it_demand_manager role suffices the purpose as he/she would be prioritizing the demand and the stakeholders would be using the Assessment to assess the demand and based on the Assessment the Demand Manager would either Approve or Defer the Demand.

I thing this is an old role as you can see in the screenshot from my PDI.
