How do I update planning items in Strategic Planner

How do I make sure that the planning items are set up to auto-refresh? I pulled them in April of this year, but it seems nothing has updated since then. I can tell since dates have changed on the projects on the PPM side, but not in the planning items.

Also, this presentation from NowCreate may help as it describes what table maps to what, what field maps to what. and what are the scripts that trigger it.

Yeah, this sort of helped. I was also trying to make my tags from the normal demand table go to the tags field in the planning demand table. I wasn't able to make that happen. But I figured a work around.
