Edit survey after it is submitted

Hi,

Would it be possible for a user to edit a survey that he/she has already submitted?

I'm trying to use surveys in projects, as a way to collect info from specific areas of expertise.

Would like to have those surveys filled in, but also allow the users to be able to update their answers later, if needed.

I know there is the possibility of saving instead of submitting, which allows users to edit their answers until they actually submit. But that may lead to a problem, since users may forget and still submit before time.

Any ideas on how to do this?

Any alternative was to achive same results (i.e., collet/document info inside projects)?

We have the same question, How can we allow the user/submitter of a survey to edit it after it has been submitted?

The solution we found was to develop a button/link to resend survey, instead of editing existing one.
